The Herb & Spice Shop on Bank Street is rooted in Centertown’s desire for healthy, natural and organic food. Growing with the neighborhood, the store has been open for over 30 years, actively supporting local producers in and around the Ottawa area.

B&H Your Community Grocer

B&H Your Community Grocer is a downtown Kemptville supermarket specializing in locally sourced and made in store products since 1963. Jim is a second generation owner with over 40 years of experience in the grocery industry. He works with local farmers who produce dairy products and grow produce, flowers, beef and lamb. The locally raised beef, both grass-fed and corn finished, are dry aged for a minimum of 21 days and cut using traditional methods. “The B&H”, as it is commonly referred to, also has its very own, made in store meat pies, sausages, prepared meals, dessert pies and breads.
