Top Shelf Preserves was born out of a desire to deep dive into pickling and preserving. Founder Sara Pishva wasn’t satisfied just dipping her toe in, so she went all in and started the company in 2013, selling at farmer’s markets and supplying restaurants. Ottawa warmly welcomed the fresh new brand proudly selling locally handmade preserves. With a reputation for quality pickles, marmalade, and jam, Top Shelf Preserves now has it’s own storefront and is stocked at over 40 retailers in Ontario.
