Flora Hall Brewing
Our beer is made in our 18 hectolitre, two-vessel brewhouse, including one bright tank and five single fermentation tanks. We produce a variety of beer styles made with quality ingredients and the careful attention of our talented brewers.
Our kitchen produces creative and contemporary takes on classic comfort foods from around the globe, with ingredients sourced locally and seasonally. The food complements drinking and conversation, perfect for snacking and sharing over an afternoon or evening of conviviality.

Chef Ric’s embraces the legacy of the former Rideau Bakery. Established by the Kardish Family (1930), which provided warmth and a feeling of home for 90 years. ‘Chef Ric’s’ follows this vision through:
- healthy and affordable prepared foods;
- an expanded catering service; and
- an expanded Food Services Training Program

Known for our exceptional hospitality, we have assembled an incredible team of professionals to care deeply for you and your guests during your time with us. Our critically-acclaimed fine dining menus are inspired, modern, and seasonal. We offer two menus to choose from at dinner: a delicious à la carte menu, or a five-course, interactive chef’s tasting menu with optional wine pairing for our most elaborate experience.

Play Food and Wine
Play food & wine will make serious food fun and accessible to many types of guests by offering an inspiring menu, legendary service, outstanding values and a culinary home for our guests in which they can spend a variety of occasions.
All of our dishes are modest portions designed to share. This allows guests to sample a few different dishes without having to commit to just one main course as in a traditional restaurant. Our menu changes frequently, respecting product availability and seasonality.
We are committed to working with our many great suppliers to source the best and most flavourful ingredients possible. We use local, sustainable and seasonal products whenever possible, and believe in supporting area farmers as much as we can.

Ferme Brylee Farm

Since 2009, Brylee farm offers country style dining meals. The Maloney family’s heritage barn was transformed into a dining hall where we offer a unique culinary experience. The meat on the menu comes from our farm and is cooked on the famous Parilla, which is an argentine barbeque. This barbeque is a big attraction in our region. 90% of our menu is local products. We can accommodate groups from 10-100 people in our dining room. If you would like more information or you would like to reserve a date for a group please contact us.

David Godsoe, Executive Chef
As a young proud Canadian, Chef Dave is putting his own stamp on the food, highlighting the best of what Canada has to offer. He is defining what Canadian food is and finding creative ways of transforming ingredients and creating flavour profiles and components, pulling inspiration from around the world and proudly keeping it Canadian.

Marc Lepine, Owner & Chef
After 3 years of culinary school, Marc Lepine spent time working in Toronto, France, and Italy, before accepting his first executive chef position with Bartlett Lodge in Algonquin Park in 1998. Marc decided to move to Ottawa in 2001 with the intent to eventually open a restaurant. He received his sommelier certification from Algonquin College and spent 6 years working as executive chef for the Courtyard Restaurant, where he was twice named ‘Ottawa Chef of the Year’ by the Canadian Culinary Federation. Marc decided it was time to open Atelier in 2008, and while the restaurant was preparing to launch, Marc went to stage at Alinea Restaurant in Chicago. In February 2012, and then again in February 2016, Marc was named the Canadian Culinary Champion after winning gold at the finals in Kelowna, BC. In 2018, he was named ‘Canada’s Most Innovative Chef’ by Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants magazine.
