An internationally practiced chef and three highly trained restaurant professionals form the experienced team that in 2006 launched the branch, to “host and be a home to those who seek and produce visual, culinary and musical arts”. Chef Bruce Enloe began his training at his parents’ restaurant in Texas, then gained the experience and expertise which culminated in a successful career at The Millennium in San Francisco. Co-author of “The Artful Vegan” cookbook in 1991, Bruce’s menus reflect his commitment to sustainable, locally sourced, ethically raised, organic products. Live music, fund-raisers and special events are features of the the branch’s mandate to engage and support their own community and beyond.
