Aubin Farm
Roshan & Tim Aubin
“A real old-fashioned farm,” is how Roshan describes Aubin Farm where she and Tim raise cattle, sheep, chickens and turkeys. They also manage a large market garden and greenhouse. The small mixed farm is able to sustain a “no waste, closed loop” practice by utilizing their livestock manure and composted garden waste to eliminate the need for chemical fertilizers. Tim and Roshan believe that farmers must accept the responsibilities of environmental stewardship and make every effort to fulfill their obligation.
Roshan’s homemade delicacies, prepared with Aubin Farm meats and produce, are a further reminder of a rural past that she and Tim proudly embrace. The Aubins welcome visitors but suggest calling ahead to confirm.
