Savour Ottawa will put the spotlight on local food from Savour Ottawa farmers and producers in local restaurants between February 16 and February 29, 2016.
There are two ways local restaurants that are committed to local food are participating:
• Creating a table d’hôte / fixed-price menu using locally grown and raised food (i.e. bought from a Savour Ottawa farmer/producer)
• Organizing a special event / meal / tutored tasting featuring Savour Ottawa products
