The Manotick Butcher
The Manotick Village Butcher is a traditional “nose to tail” butchery specializing in locally sourced, dry aged meats. They work with farmers who raise animals sustainably and responsibly without using growth hormones or routine antibiotics. The Manotick Butcher aims to provide the best, top quality meat at reasonable prices as well as making their own in-store sausages, meat pies, and other prepared foods. It doesn’t end there, they also carry local milk and eggs and a selection of cheese.
